For stray or found animals in Carleton Place and Mississippi Mills please call animal control at 613-809-7048. If the animal has a rabies tag with our clinic information on it, please call our office during regular business hours only. Animals picked up by Animal control are kept at Lanark Animal Welfare (LAWS) in Smiths Falls. If your pet is lost please contact them at www lanarkanimals.ca or 613-283-9308.

Emergency Process
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day. Please call the office at (613) 257-3202 if you have an out of hours emergency and you will be directed to the veterinarian on call. Animals which require intensive care, surgery or are in life threatening situations may be referred to the Ottawa Veterinary Hospital at (613) 729-6139. All small animal emergencies after 11 pm are referred to the Ottawa Veterinary Hospital.
