Valley Veterinary Clinic does offer overnight hospitalization to our small animal patients. Our facility is not staffed overnight however. Critical patients are checked after hours but will be left unsupervised in the facility. For patients requiring 24 hour supervision and intensive care, transfer is available to Ottawa Veterinary Hospital or Alta Vista Animal Hospital.

Emergency Process
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day. Please call the office at (613) 257-3202 if you have an out of hours emergency and you will be directed to the veterinarian on call. Animals which require intensive care, surgery or are in life threatening situations may be referred to the Ottawa Veterinary Hospital at (613) 729-6139. All small animal emergencies after 11 pm are referred to the Ottawa Veterinary Hospital.
